Rep@NYSCEF Resource Center,
Re: Security HACK attempt.

Att: Accounts Security Department.

Kindly see attach Screenshot of email receipt transcript sent from NYSCEF Efile email system on topic SECURITY - Account Temporarily Disabled for multiple failed attempts.

Kindly Note: No Such attempt from Michael Foster as recorded in said email security update.
Kindly also Note: As of pending "Evidentiary Hearing" index#153554 2017 upon disclosures of Plaintiff's Attorney Seth Rafkin on Document ID- Stipulation Agreement in which Plaintiff admits to sequestering a Judge's Signature and ORDER DECISION and to upload said document to NYSCEF and to populate said document along with Judge's Signature Order Decision thereby allowing for its propagation across the World Wide Web and in effect allowing for Public Domains proportionately De-Indexing url's found in algorithms of known business names or tiles found to be "UNRELATED" (Judge's Quote) & Renee Woody <rwoody@nycourts.gov> Quote: Afternoon, This case with index # 153554/2017 will be on for a Conference on the record. Microsoft team meeting by video. Date 4/20/2021, time 11:00 pm   to case ID# 153554/2017.>...,
During which an EVIDENTIARY hearing was annulled or suspended to the Courts discretion on the merits of certain facts define in A stipulation agreement with enclosures ordering Michael Foster to Delete urls, Fosters.net, MetroCommuteSecurity.com Twitter.com/FostersNet, Facebook.com/MichaelTango, FamousNewYorker.com and up to 25 additional Domain URLs across the internet.

Plaintiff and its attorneys sequestered the Court's Clerk will follow suit upon request for Judgement Order Entry. The Clerk's response/s were NOT in the affirmative.

Kindly Note:  Plaintiff's who's signatures Philip Gildred Chair & Founder FMT Consultants, an Information Technology Service Company are included in said Stipulation Order which sort to annulled a New York Supreme Court Judge's signature in an Order Decision - an Agreement Stipulation, falsely implying a Judgement Order Entry against defendant by the clerk.

The recent Security breach depicted in multiple failed attempts to enter defendant's NYSCEF account causing temporary suspension is yet another of overwhelming HACKS attempted to continually derail defendants manageability, knowledge & resilience & such HACKS is cautiously assumed to formidably hedge from staff managed by Company or companies owned by Philip Gildred who's signature is part to that erroneously construed Stipulation Agreement (Case ID#: 143554/2017).

To-Date: it is not surprising to learn in addition to multiple direct HACKS cautiously assumed to be from Plaintiff, who's a signature was added to said Stipulation Agreement - Thomas Philip Gildred - is yet Defendant's reproach in experiences of additional HACKS to Defendants online business url's of Information Technology and url's such as https://mcsi.camera & https://DefenseDataRecovery.com plaintiff's desperate attempts to hijack defendants efile account is yet another well calculated stealth method to increase emotional distress on Defendant & Case ID#:153554-2017.

My business & normal ways of lifestyle continues to suffer as a result of case ID#:153554-2017 Decision Order Entry of Stipulation Agreement in formations specific to Online Universal Algorithm or the basic Indexing vs De-Indexing as any Search Engine such as Google.com upon receipt or evidence of Court Order or Judge's signature to Document can and will impede liability to De-Index website url's.

Further: when a business website url is de-listed or de-Indexed that website specific business url will sustain up to 99% loss of business.
